Job Description The LCS Cyber Security Coordinator will lead cybersecurity compliance efforts across LCS to ensure adherence to cybersecurity standards, such as DwS (Deliver-with-Security), IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and other evolving standards. Reporting to the LCS Quality & Compliance Manager (Security Leader of Lifecycle Services), this role will functionally lead a team of Cyber Security Leads within the LCS businesses, responsible for the security program within their respective groups. (Note: This position is focused on cybersecurity only.) Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS) and other stakeholders to understand and ensure compliance with security requirements. Document requirements regarding applicability, impact, risk, and effort to balance security compliance with business objectives. Lead responses and actions to mitigate security risks from various sources, including teams, vendors, customers, and partners. Facilitate security program rollout, training, and execution across LCS in coordination with OPSS. Maintain regular communication with LCS leadership on compliance status, risks, and mitigation plans, including resource needs. Lead a team of Cyber Security Leads to prioritize and execute security programs, driving continuous improvement. Develop implementation guidance for security requirements to ensure consistency and understanding of business impact. Promote alignment and best practices across different LCS groups for security processes. Create and update security training for impacted personnel. Update process documentation to support compliance efforts. Lead internal security audits in coordination with the LCS Quality & Compliance team. Build metrics to measure compliance with security programs in collaboration with OPSS. Support security risk assessments, mitigation efforts, and incident response activities. Serve as the main contact for responding to customer security inquiries and audits, ensuring high-quality responses. Support skills development of Cyber Security Leads for growth and delivery excellence. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar. Legal authorization to work in the country of employment. 8+ years of general experience, including 5+ years leading cybersecurity compliance in a global, matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27000, NIS2, and other standards. Experience with Rockwell Automation systems and solutions. Experience with RASL processes and security requirements from DwS. Familiarity with security tools for automation, configuration, and management. Knowledge of industrial control systems and protocols like Ethernet/IP.
