About the role The Senior Manager for data analytics LAC is responsible for driving the data analytics strategy across the region and encouraging a data driven culture. His input and strategy design should supply to all data gained, and to how the organization fluently adopt the data oriented agile decision-making process. He is encouraged to connect with the market’s digital teams, as well as D&T;, to make sure data analytics is present, driving decision making process, supplying to Diageo. **Responsibilities**: - Develop data assets (data warehouse and dashboards) that deliver clear insights into our digital consumers and customers journeys, as well as our channels performance (e-commerce b2b, b2c, d2c) - Define the important metrics from data that impact directly to the critical metrics of the business. - Set the digital data straegy across all LAC market’s leadership and digital teams in the region. - Delivers analytics initiatives to address business problems with the ability to identify data required, assess time & effort required and establish a project plan - Work with cross-functional leads to design and build the insight machine across marketing and sales teams for better user experiences. - Define our best-in-class partners in analytics, ensuring they meet our global strategy expectations (agency, data visualization, tools) - Along with the global digital leadership team, define excellence approach towards a data driven culture, and best strategic approach for business and consumer data analytics in LAC region - Define standards for the markets to measure their digital business performance, consumer profile - Help markets converge, by building a one source of truth for all of them, instead of similar initiatives in each market to measure similar critical metrics - Set the pace to the market’s teams ways of working with data, championing a data driven approach on multiple teams (marketing, commerce, digital, commercial) - Orchestrate LATAM market’s team leaderships to reach success in their data strategy implementation - Drive celebration for market teams to reach success in data strategy - Accountability along with market’s Exec on our evolution to a data driven model - A continuous analytical agency management to ensure the E2E process of the insight machine to deliver permanent value and action plans to the overall business - Proactively give to technology/tool development by identifying areas of improvement and providing recommendations for enhancements to deliver quality and consistency - Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and give to the objectives of the function and overall business - Build the data governance scheme and operation of it both for consumer and customer.
