Lo que vas a hacer: Brindar una experiencia gastronómica agradable a través de la excelencia, el profesionalismo y la amabilidad. Anticipar las necesidades y satisfacción de los huéspedes; ofrecer sugerencias y responder de manera adecuada a sus solicitudes y preocupaciones. Conocer en profundidad el menú de alimentos y bebidas para ofrecer recomendaciones. Apoyar al departamento de alimentos y bebidas según las necesidades operativas. Requisitos mínimos: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia como mesero de servicio a la habitación en hoteles, preferiblemente en hoteles de lujo. Inglés avanzado. Conocimientos en protocolos de servicio a la habitación, manipulación de alimentos y manejo de PMS o POS. Ofrecemos: Salario competitivo. Contrato a término indefinido.
