Role Overview: We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager with a cross-functional profile to lead and coordinate teams in a strategic program in the US. The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical and strategic vision , ensuring alignment with business objectives and facilitating collaboration between multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate development teams in a global, fast-paced environment. Define the technical strategy and ensure alignment with program objectives. Oversee the development and maintenance of API-based solutions, particularly in Java . Work closely with digital channels teams and solution architects. Optimize infrastructure and services using AWS . Ensure code quality, best practices, and industry standards . Act as a bridge between technical teams and key stakeholders. Report progress, risks, and strategies directly to the Program Director . Technical Requirements: 10 to 15 years of experience in technical leadership roles. Strong background in API development and management with Java . Experience with ODS in digital channels (nice to have). Advanced knowledge of AWS and cloud architectures . English Advanced (B2+/C1) Experience working in the banking industry Soft Skills: Advanced English , capable of effectively communicating with international teams. Leadership and team management in high-demand environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills with key stakeholders. Problem-solving and strategic decision-making in complex projects. Proactiveness and results-driven mindset . Preferred: Experience managing large-scale technology programs . Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) . Experience in digital transformation and platform modernization . Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, PMI, or equivalents .
