Responsibilities - Manage DMs, texts, and inquiries across platforms like WhatsApp Business, Instagram, StreetEasy, Zillow, Facebook, and more. - Guide prospective tenants through every step of the rental process—from first contact to key handover. - Manage showing schedules and work closely with directors to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination. - Finalize contracts, confirm payments, and coordinate handovers. Skills - Open to learning new tools and jumping into new challenges. - Comfortable working remotely on New York time.
