POSITION SUMMARY: Bennett Law Center is hiring a Remote / Offshore Bilingual Intake Specialist to serve as the compassionate, organized, and professional first point of contact for individuals seeking immigration support. Working from home, you’ll conduct intake calls, gather essential case information, pre-qualify leads, and help prospective clients take the first step toward life-changing legal solutions. Your role is critical to both our mission and client experience, delivering warmth, clarity, and structure to those navigating complex immigration matters. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a virtual, mission-driven environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. - Collect consultation fees prior to scheduling any appointments. - Conduct complete and accurate intake interviews via phone, following established scripts and legal protocols. - Gather pertinent client information and documents using our Intake System to ensure the Client Relationship Manager ("CRM") and legal team has a clear understanding of the case type and client needs. - Accurately input data into our case management system (Clio Grow/Manage) and ensure all records are complete and well maintained. - Clearly explain the Bennett Law Center client process using the approved script and be prepared to address common objections. - Pre-qualify clients and coordinate consultation scheduling with our legal team based on availability and case type. - Provide timely follow-up communication to unresponsive leads and maintain detailed intake logs, notes, and case status updates. - Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to improve lead conversion and overall client intake experience. - Participate in virtual team meetings, trainings, and check-ins via Zoom. - Maintain strict client confidentiality and uphold BLC's values in all communications and processes. QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in legal intake, customer service, call center, or a similar role (immigration law preferred). - Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required. - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage emotionally sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy. - Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Intellectual curiosity and the ability to "dig deep" to understand each potential client's unique circumstances and legal needs. - Proficiency with Zoom, Gmail, Google Drive, Clio, and other CRM/case management tools. - High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information. - Quiet, private home office setup with reliable internet access. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Compensation: Monthly Compensation $1,200 Bonus: Performance-based bonus. Schedule: 40 hours, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work U.S. Eastern Time zone hours. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on client demand or firm needs. Job Location: Remote, Colombia Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a required.
