We want you to dream big too and realize your own ambitions with us. **Position Summary**: The Sales & Admissions Executive is responsible for ensuring that agent partners and students receive excellent service, encouraging them to book with EC. **Key Responsibilities**: - To meet and exceed individual targets and KPI’s - Handling of bookings, dealing with enquiries and giving advice on EC Centres. - Helping customers to choose the right EC product and meeting their requirements by adopting a consultative approach to selling - Inputting of bookings into EC’s central booking system and making any subsequent amendments. - Checking availability for courses, accommodation and other special requests for all EC Centres. - Following up on students’ arrival details, necessary waiver forms and ensuring that information is available for Centres to provide a welcome service to students on arrival. - Handling customer complaints - Keeping updated with information related to locations, services and programmes offered by EC to its clients. - Following up with Finance regarding invoicing queries - Keeping up to date with market knowledge **Education Required**: - Post-secondary level of education - Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English **Education Desired**: - Bachelor's degree - Fluency in another language (Spanish) **Experience Required**: - EFL/ESL Industry experience **Experience Desired**: - Experience in a similar position - Well-travelled **Job Specific Competencies**: - Sales skills - Telephone etiquette - Understanding Information - Structuring Tasks - Being Customer Focused - Committing Want to learn more about us?
