Role Overview: As a Sr. Sales BusinessDevelopment Executive, you will collaborate with multiplestakeholders in the sales process to ensure consistent revenuegrowth from new customers. Identify and contact prospective customers,assess customer needs and match with products/services. 2. Seekopportunities for increased and profitable sales on new andexisting accounts; make presentations to prospective or existingaccounts to propose rate structures and service options. 3. Actively pursue new business opportunities and drive KPIs. 4. Manage an assigned territory with extensive knowledge of potentialcustomers and competitors. 5. Foster customer and stationrelationships while collaborating with regional resources. 6. Facilitate the transition of new accounts through introductions,information transfer, and securing necessary customer paperwork;assist with accounts receivable collection when needed. 7. Generateand analyze sales reports to track performance, identify trends,and measure progress towards sales targets. Qualifications: 1. Minimum 2+ years of successful sales experience within theforwarding industry, demonstrating a strong hunter sales mentalitydriven by goals and self-motivation. 2. Proficient in using a CRMsystem and MS Office Products. 3. Skilled in building rapport andfostering strong customer relationships, with the ability toregularly meet with customers off-site. 4. Exceptionalcommunication and presentation skills. 5. Strong negotiation skillsto effectively navigate complex sales deals and contractagreements. 6. Demonstrate a sense of urgency in achieving goals;adaptable and self-motivated in fast-paced, dynamic environments.7. Empowered to make quick decisions in response to changingconditions. 8. Skilled in effectively persuading and motivatingothers to take action. Benefits: 1.
