Business Development Lead This role focuses on driving new business opportunities, expanding existing clients, and achieving sales targets. A key responsibility is maintaining the Salesforce.com database to capture client meetings, RFP information, and relevant updates. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CRO and Pharmaceutical industries and be able to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at targeted accounts. - Organize client meetings and congresses as needed. - Maintain high-level understanding of the decision-making process with all major sponsors.
