Objective As a highly skilled Network Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing payout partners across the Americas and the Caribbean. - Act as the main point of contact between the partners and our diverse teams to facilitate business growth. - Develop and execute strategies to enhance product offerings and capabilities with current partners, while managing a pipeline of prospective partners from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing optimization. - Collaborate with regional teams to increase revenue and volume of payments into the assigned region. Responsibilities 1. Support the execution of partnerships strategy to deliver a best-in-class payout proposition including bank transfers, cash payouts, and wallet payouts in the designated region. 2. Manage overall relationships with existing payout partners in assigned markets, acting as the subject matter expert for assigned markets, identifying risks and business opportunities and sharing market practices and trends with the team. 3. Develop and manage a pipeline of new partners/products to improve our proposition. 4. Act as the main escalation point for resolution of issues from our partners affecting us and our clients. 5. Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all aspects of partner relationships. Qualifications - Strong business development and negotiation skills. - Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively. - Experience in the payments business. - Demonstrated ability to take accountability and drive results with passion and aptitude. Results-driven, solutions-focused, with strong business acumen and a sense of urgency. Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
