Establish and maintain communication withclients and/or team members; understand their needs, resolveissues, and meet expectations; 2. Produce solid and effectivestrategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports andanalysis and/or keen observations that would impact the bottomline; 3. Identify the training needs that will equip the staff withfundamental skills and knowledge; 4. Have a thorough understandingof the various system tools and operational procedures utilizedwithin the program; 5. Collaborate with stakeholders on a regularbasis for changes on promotions and updates; 6. Conduct all definedand required process compliance and adherence to all team members,partners and third-party providers. Qualifications: MINIMUMQUALIFICATIONS: 1. 1+ years of experience as an Account Manager 2. At least 6 years of work experience in the same industry with 5+years of management experience 3. Proficiency in English (B2 orabove) 4. Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Officeapplications 5. Ability to efficiently manage time and keep trackof multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives 6. Stronganalytical skills 7. Demonstrated leadership skills 8.
