As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to help us engage our community and drive growth through email. Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or fashion. - Proven expertise using HubSpot for email automation, segmentation, and reporting. - Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and compliance. - Analytical and creative mindset with excellent copywriting skills in English. Responsibilities - Plan, build, and execute email campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and seasonal events. - Develop and optimize automated workflows (welcome, cart abandonment, win-back, etc.) within HubSpot. - Segment audiences and tailor messages based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and preferences. - Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions) and implement A/B testing.
