Qualifications - 2–4 years of experience in QA, with exposure to both manual and automated testing. - Experience working with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. - Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java. - Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger. - Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). - Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality. - Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Intermediate English level (B1+/B2 minimum). Responsibilities - Design, write, and maintain test cases and test scripts (manual and automated). - Execute test plans and analyze results to ensure system functionality and performance. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and identify test scenarios. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks. - Document defects and help troubleshoot issues during development and post-release phases. Skills - Experience in the fintech or payments industry. - Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integration of automated tests in pipelines. - Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
