RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring efficient and courteous guest service. Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Manage reservations and ensure accurate room assignments. Monitor and maintain front desk standards and procedures, ensuring adherence to hotel policies. Assist in managing front desk budgets and controlling costs. Generate and analyze front desk reports, identifying areas for improvement. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or Supervisor in a 5-star hotel environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus. Strong knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles. Previous Pre-Opening experience is a plus. Behavioral Competencies Exceptional customer service orientation.
