You will use industry standards and best practices to optimize the data architecture and help our customers solve complex business issues with world class solutions. You will work alongside a team of business process experts and experienced Rapid Response developers. **Responsibilities includes but are not limited to**: - Responsible for data architecture from Kinaxis library to RapidResponse Planning server through Data Integration server - Optimize data structure to improve system performance and facilitate system maintenance - Identify opportunities and work with relevant IT to harmonize data from different ERP Source systems connected with Kinaxis Rapid Response - Responsible for data model modification including custom fields and custom tables - Perform data readiness assessment, understand data cleansing & transformation rules, and ensure the successful implementation in Kinaxis Rapid Response - Design & configure different resources like automations, scheduled tasks, workbooks, alerts, metrics, scorecards, dashboards, etc. - Develop workbook commands, scripts, Perspective, etc. - Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges - Assist in the management and delivering of large / mid / small size projects - Contribute to the continuous development of your own and team’s technical acumen - Support RapidResponse activities during migration of legacy systems to Baxter standard systems **Requirements**: - Professional degree in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management or equivalent level by career with at least five years in planning & information systems. - Experience in Rapid Response: Kinaxis Rapid Response Administration Level 1 & Author Level 1 certifications (or Integration Consultant level 1); or equivalent by 3-5 years of experience - APICS certification is a plus - Advance level of English (mandatory requirement) - Business knowledge of Supply Chain operation and planning processes such as: Demand planning including statistical forecasting Master production planning & line load careersatbaxter IND-LATOPS **Reasonable Accommodations** **Recruitment Fraud Notice** Baxter has discovered incidents of employment scams, where fraudulent parties pose as Baxter employees, recruiters, or other agents, and engage with online job seekers in an attempt to steal personal and/or financial information.
