Job Overview: Connext Global Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Associate to play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by supporting both sales and marketing departments. This dynamic position involves a blend of tasks aimed at promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute automated outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to nurture leads and track engagement. - Utilize email marketing automation tools to track KPIs, sales metrics, and lead performance. - Create and execute social media strategies on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to enhance brand visibility. - Develop engaging digital content, including blog posts, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies, to showcase the company's expertise. - Assist in designing infographics, eBooks, and sales collateral to support marketing campaigns. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation platforms. - Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking and optimizing digital campaigns. - Familiarity with email marketing automation, lead nurturing, and A/B testing. - Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and website analytics (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.). - Experience with social media management and content creation. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. - Technical proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Power BI, or similar for data analysis.
