You'll be responsible for handling all incoming customer inquiries and outbound calls to suppliers , ensuring smooth communication and fast resolutions. What You’ll Do - Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy, assisting with orders, questions, or issues. - Call and follow up with suppliers , warehouses, or fulfillment centers regarding shipments, inventory, or special requests. - Document call summaries, issues, and resolutions in our systems (e.g., CRM or internal tools). - Serve as the primary point of contact for all voice-based communication— you’ll own the phone lines. - Coordinate with our customer service and operations team to ensure accurate and timely follow-ups. What You Bring - Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication skills (spoken and written). - Previous call center, customer service, or virtual assistant experience is a plus. - Comfortable making calls, handling objections, and resolving issues in real-time. - Organized, detail-oriented , and able to document interactions effectively. - A calm, helpful attitude and problem-solving mindset . - Stable internet connection and access to a quiet, professional environment for calls.
