Position Overview: Were looking for a proactive and personable Client Success Specialist to serve as the frontline communicator with clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for conducting check-ins, providing updates, and ensuring clients feel informed and supported throughout their engagement with the agency. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for client communications. Provide regular updates and proactive check-ins. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate internally to gather necessary information for client updates. Track and log client feedback and escalate issues as needed. Qualifications: Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., customer support, account management, or client services). High responsiveness and a professional, service-oriented approach. Comfortable working EST hours, Monday - Friday. Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience working in an agency environment.
