Company Description Location: Bogota, Colombia Work Mode: Hybrid R25_0007465 Job Description About the job As the FP&A Sr Analyst, Finance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our FP&A hub services, particularly supporting our Corporate Functions division. You will be responsible for ensuring that financial planning and analysis activities performed in our center of excellence for your portfolio of services meet the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and customer centricity while being in accordance with clearly defined service level agreements with the various internal stakeholders. Your attention to detail will be critical in driving informed decision-making and transforming the way we work in Finance. Responsibilities Corporate Functions Support : Focus on core areas like Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR, Real Estate, Procurement, and Transformation. Financial Planning and Analysis : Participate in FP&A team activities, ensuring planning cycles and reporting deadlines are met. Support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly/quarterly financial reporting. Month-End Processes : Engage in month-end close activities and provide pre-close expense status updates. Data Analysis and Reporting : Use tools like PowerBI and SAP for data analysis and visualization. Conduct variance analysis, P&L management, and provide insights on key trends. Compliance and Automation : Ensure adherence to USGAAP policies and participate in process standardization initiatives. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with global FP&A teams and Finance Business Partners. Serve as a liaison between finance and non-finance teams. Ad Hoc Tasks and KPI Monitoring : Perform ad hoc analyses and support key pitches for senior management. Track and report on KPIs to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications Hard Skills 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis or Business Analytics. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance / qualified accountant (Desired: CA/CFA/CIMA/CPA Degree or similar). Multinational company experience with global exposure. MANDATORY: Proficiency in English language. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). Deep knowledge of accounting (USGAAP, accruals/matching concept, capitalization rules). Experience with EPM tools such as Anaplan, One Stream, Hyperion, etc. Track record of success in FP&A roles. Soft Skills Adaptability and change-oriented mindset. Ability to analyze and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. Customer centricity. Very organized and detail-oriented with an ability to be flexible and independent. Ability to think creatively and be self-motivated. Ability to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
