Responsibilities: - Define and lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output. - Oversee the development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences. - Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration. - Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the vision and strategy.
