We are looking for a skilled Logistics Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation projects, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our services to clients. **Your Role** You will be responsible for managing implementation projects across various regions and industries, using your expertise in project management methodologies and risk control mechanisms. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage implementation projects from initiation to closure, following regional and global project management methodologies. - Create all mandatory documents during the implementation lifecycle, including project charters, operational designs, and other required documents. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities related to approved solution implementations. - Lead virtual project teams comprising subject matter experts from various departments, including IT, process engineering, legal, finance, procurement, and operations. - Develop approaches to capture customer business requirements and establish workshops to execute requirement capture in real-time, consulting with subject matter experts as needed. - Manage project budgets and report against proposals sold. - Proactively manage project risks and governance. **Required Skills and Qualifications** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Solid experience in project management, preferably in logistics, either in a LSP, consulting, or shipper environment. - Full life cycle project management experience, including working on medium-to-large-scale general, business, supply chain, logistics, and system implementation projects. - Experience in cross-regional or global collaboration in multinational environments. - Fluent English language skills.
