Our **values** of **ownership, collaboration,**and a **winning mentality** fuel our commitment to excellence. **Who You Are** We’re searching for a novice, junior, or even intermediate **Facebook Media Analyst** who wants to learn **how to run performance ads at scale.** If you like (i) living in the data, (ii) thinking through a hypothesis and testing against it, (ii) working with a high-performance team, and (iii) want mentorship from some of the best in the business (copy, creative and media buying) then you’ll love this job. This role offers the opportunity to own projects, develop strategies, and make a tangible impact on client success. This is the path, within our organization, to becoming a Media Buyer. **Role Expectations & Responsibilities** - **80% Campaign Management**: Watching campaign performance, hourly, and pausing creative assets that aren’t performing. - **20% Campaign Analysis**: Pulling reports and analysing the data to share data on the top performers and losers with your team. **Team Structure** - **Performance Manager**: This individual is fully accountable for their team and sets the strategy for their individual clients. - **Media Buyer**:This individual is your direct manager, and they are responsible for the performance of individual campaigns. - **Media Analyst**: This individual is responsible for the daily and hourly performance of the ad campaigns and providing data back to the rest of their team. - **Copywriting**: These individuals are responsible for all of the advertising copy and scripts for the ads. - **Creative**: These individuals are responsible the images and videos used in the ads. **Role Requirements** - **Availability**: You must be highly responsive and communicative with your team given the various time-zones. - **Analytical**: You must be **analytical by nature** with the ability to dive deep into the data and recognize patterns to separate winners from losers. - **Reliability**:Your team has to be able to count on you watching the numbers and making the right decisions to maintain profitability while driving scale. - **Critical Thinking**:You much be able to think critically about why some campaigns and ads are performing while others are not using data driven decision making. - **Experience**:No media buying experience required.You do need to have **experience building reports with Excel or Google Sheets.** - **English Proficiency**:You must be fluent in English and know proper grammar and punctuation. - **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to juggle multiple projects while ensuring consistent quality. - **Work Ethic**: Strong desire to work hard, learn, and drive results for our clients. **Nice to Haves** - **Marketing Experience**: Has spent at **1-2 years managing ad campaigns**for Facebook, Google Adwords, Native Ads or similar. **How to Apply** Please DO NOT send DM’s as we review submissions daily.
