As Controller, you will be responsible for supervising call center agents, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing data for process improvement, ensuring compliance with regulations, and handling escalated customer inquiries. What do you need to be part of this team: At least 6 months of work experience in related roles. Technical or Technological degree. Strong knowledge in the use of Excel, Microsoft Office, SQL, and Power BI.
