The role requires a combination of technical expertise, customer-facing skills, and a passion for data. Day to day activities: Communication: Supports senior team members in demos and prepares basic product use cases for simple presentations. Customer Ownership: Assists with customer inquiries, tracks follow-up actions, and contributes to maintaining a 90% client satisfaction rate. Platform & Product Knowledge: Understands foundational platform features and supports product demos by highlighting key functionalities. Domain Knowledge: Develops awareness of industry-specific use cases and actively participates in training to enhance expertise. Technical Capabilities: Executes basic troubleshooting and configuration tasks with 90% accuracy; assists in documenting technical processes. Sales Support: Assists in pre-sales efforts by documenting customer inquiries, tracking follow-ups, and supporting lead consultants during demos. RFP Responses: Gathers relevant information from internal teams and contributes to RFP response compilation under guidance. Solution Design: Assists senior team members in simple solution design tasks and ensures accurate documentation. Product Innovation & Direction: Provides feedback from client interactions to senior team members to support product improvement initiatives. Field Solutions Development: Completes assigned tasks within field solution projects, prioritizing accuracy and timely delivery. Knowledge Sharing & Content Generation: Documents key case notes and contributes to internal knowledge-sharing efforts (e.g., writing one article per month). Customer Demos: Prepares demo environments and assists senior team members in delivering standard demos, ensuring accuracy and readiness. Mentorship & Professional Growth: Actively engages with mentors, seeks regular feedback, and demonstrates progression toward consultant-level competencies. Skills Required: Customer Service & Sales Support: Handling inquiries, tracking follow-ups, assisting in pre-sales and demos. Passion for Data: A deep technical understanding of how enterprise organizations benefit from the Alex application. Technology Company Experience: Experience working in a dynamic, technology-focused environment. Problem-Solving: A knack for solving customer problems through technology.
