You will collaborate with different teammates within territory teams as Inbound transportation, planning & MPO teams, building on strong trust, partnership, and collaboration to achieve results in an energetic and professional work environment. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for our Direct Shipment Analyst who strives for customer satisfaction, capacity, and cost, by leveraging the Nike supply chain network to ensure on-time delivery of product to our marketplace. You will act as the voice of your function in cross-functional meetings, interact with different team members, and leverage tools, reports, and systems to ensure movement of goods. We’re searching for extraordinary colleagues capable of learning and growing with this priority business model for Mexico: Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of progressive analytics experience in the field of operations and logistics. Proven written and oral communication skills in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an interest in data-focused storytelling. Comfortable with Microsoft Office and SAP system. WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON In this role, you'll get the opportunity to support end-to-end movement of product from origin to Customer, partnering with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process. As a territory, we are interested in developing this business model, so there are always opportunities to grow and develop while making contributions to a winning team! Analysis on Customer’s buy, focusing on identifying opportunities to increase the DRS buy. Track orders & shipments, to arrange with proper teams the Customer’s appointments. Maintenance of DRS Shipping rules that ensure loading container basis efficiency and proper cargo flow. Execute Billing to external customers and share them in time. Monitor container arrivals and dispatch execution till delivery to Customer’s DC. Build DRS Forecast to bring visibility to cross-functional teams to plan capacity. Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional partners to facilitate continuous end-to-end business process improvement, align new business requirements, create/revise standard operating procedures for logistics processes, and implement new operations processes and activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
