Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for lead generation and business development? We’re a growing digital marketing agency looking for a part-time resource based in Colombia to help us generate leads and set meetings with potential clients across the US and Canada. What You'll Do: Identify and research potential leads that align with our services and target industries Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels to generate qualified meetings Help define and set up the outreach tools and sales processes Collaborate closely with our leadership and marketing teams to continuously refine the strategy Track and report progress in CRM and sales tools What We're Looking For: Proven experience in B2B sales or lead generation, preferably for marketing or creative services Hands-on experience with outbound outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.) Ability to work independently and take ownership of the process Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Based in Colombia What You'll Get: Opportunity to shape and own the outbound sales process Work with a team of creatives and marketers across Latin America and North America Competitive hourly rate or commission-based structure (to be discussed) Ready to help us grow?
