**Job Title: Operations Assistant** **Location**: Remote (CST Timezone) **Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM CST We are seeking a motivated Operations Assistant to join our team and play a key role in building our deal intake machine for potential business acquisitions. You will be responsible for collecting essential documents and information from potential business owners looking to sell. **Responsibilities**: - Collecting required documents and information from potential business owners. - Following a systematic approach to ensure all necessary steps are taken in the deal intake process. - Organizing and maintaining a database of collected information. - Assisting in the development and implementation of an acquisitions pipeline. **Requirements**: - Highly organized with strong attention to detail. - Ability to follow a systematic approach and adhere to established processes. - Excellent communication skills. - Ability to work independently and think outside the box. - Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, and Loom. **Nice-to-Haves**: - Experience in business acquisitions or related fields. - Knowledge of CRM systems or database management. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Additional Information**: We are looking for someone hard-working, smart, and can figure things out.
