Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IoT Solutions Engineer Specialist to join our Bogotá office. The successful candidate will belong to Teltonika Telematics Technical Support team and be responsible for various technical tasks, including arranging custom development projects, troubleshooting, and providing assistance to clients via a dedicated ticketing system or online meetings/chats if needed. - Work with GNSS tracking devices that embed technologies such as Bluetooth, CANbus, RS232/RS485, and 1-Wire; - Propose different ways to incorporate our devices for various use cases; - Troubleshoot and provide assistance to clients via a dedicated ticketing system or online meetings/chats if needed; - Communicate with global international corporations that provide car sharing, rental, fleet management solutions, and other companies from different vehicle telematics fields; Key Responsibilities: - Arrange technical tasks for custom development projects and coordinate solution release to clients; - Coordinate with RnD, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure the maintenance of projects and timely delivery of solutions; - Test and perform quality assurance of solutions in the Americas region; Requirements: - Telecommunications, electronics, informatics, engineering education, or previous work experience in technical or engineering fields (can be a student); - Understanding or basic knowledge of telecommunication technologies (2G, GPRS, 3G, 4G), CANbus, BLE; - Passion for providing help to others, caring, willing to grow and enrich technological know-how; - Ability to work in a team environment, whether consulting other team members or reaching out to others for assistance; - Great communication skills, capable of fluently speaking and writing in English; - Analytical and creative thinking and mindset for problem-solving and troubleshooting; - Knowledge or work experience working with ticketing-based platforms;
