Job Title: Senior Analyst, Analytics & Metrics Overview: The Global Business Solutions Center (GBSC), Strategy, Enablement, and Transformation (SET) team is built upon strong contributors with leadership abilities, consulting mindsets, and strong project management skills. The group acts as an internal consultant supporting the Shared Services Organization, which today supports four primary verticals: Finance, People & Capability, Sales & Marketing, and Legal, Franchise & Integrity. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable items, and compiling recommendations for different stakeholders. Additionally, you will leverage your technical expertise to build and maintain data infrastructure and participate in data visualization discussions to identify the best approaches for illustrating data for reporting and analysis. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data sources and pipelines. Optimize data storage and retrieval processes to improve performance and efficiency. Work with data scientists and analysts to deploy machine learning models and other advanced analytics solutions. Perform EDA for unstructured and structured data sources to identify relevant and actionable data for analysis. Process and transform the data to create a dataset ready for reporting. Advise, create, and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau as needed. Understand and define the trends and patterns in data to uncover insights and deliver actionable recommendations. Translate business requirements into tangible solution specifications and high-quality, on-time deliverables. All About You Undergraduate degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Business Administration. Advanced knowledge of R, Python, SQL, Tableau, MS Fabric and Power BI. Prior experience in Analytics or BI roles analyzing large sets of data and communicating key results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
