Data Manager Role As a senior data professional, you will play a key role in shaping the future of data-driven decision making for our industry. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position that combines large-scale data engineering, machine learning, and technical mentorship. You will be responsible for designing and operating scalable data architectures, processing massive data volumes, and deploying predictive models for imbalanced datasets. Duties and Responsibilities - Data Architecture & Engineering: Lead the design and operation of distributed data architectures within the cloud ecosystem. Process terabyte-scale data using big data tools and ensure robust, efficient, and secure infrastructure. - Machine Learning & MLOps: Oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle, including building, training, and deploying models for complex problems. Implement MLOps best practices with model versioning and CI/CD deployment. - Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor data engineers and scientists through hands-on leadership. Foster quality culture through code reviews and project management using Agile methodologies.
