Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Field Events Coordinator to manage the logistics and coordination of our participation in industry events and tradeshows. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication and execution among internal stakeholders, event organizers, vendors, and other external partners. Please note, this position focuses on behind-the-scenes coordination and does not require on-site attendance at events. Job Responsibilities: -Event Logistics Management: Coordinate all logistical aspects of DeleteMe’s participation in industry events, including scheduling, registration, and compliance with event requirements. -Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales), event organizers, vendors, and other external partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of event-related tasks. -Vendor Management: Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with vendors for event materials, booth setup, shipping, and other services as needed. -Material Preparation: Oversee the creation, approval, and timely delivery of event materials, including brochures, signage, and promotional items. -Budget Tracking: Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. -Post-Event Reporting: Collect feedback from internal teams, assess the effectiveness of event participation, and provide recommendations for future improvements. Job Requirements: -Minimum of 3 years in event coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity industry. -Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. -Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for clear and concise information dissemination. -Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce), and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, JIRA). -Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. -Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all aspects of event coordination are executed flawlessly. -This role requires domestic and international travel.
