The selected individual will be responsible for providing technical support, installing hardware/software, and troubleshooting problems. This role will also provide network and server infrastructure support as needed. Key Responsibilities - Provide technical support to end-users in the United States via phone, email, and remote desktop. - Troubleshoot network and computer-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution. - Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workstation hardware, software, and peripherals. - Assist in installing, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network and server infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls. - Schedule and perform regular equipment upgrades, including firmware, operating systems, and application updates. - Interact with vendors to initiate and support services as necessary. - Maintain accurate inventory and documentation for hardware and software. - Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies to support future company needs. - Provide training to staff on various technical subjects. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in computer/network support. - Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent. - CompTIA A+ or Net+ certification is a plus. - Patient, well-organized, energetic, positive attitude, and customer-oriented. - Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for providing support to end-users in the United States. - Ability to work independently and ensure job completion. - Willingness to work one weekend day per week and occasional evening shifts for installations and/or troubleshooting. - Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Meticulous attention to detail. - Able to lift up to 50 pounds of technical equipment.
