In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that game presenters and shufflers look their best by performing high-quality hairdressing and makeup services. - Makeup and Hairdressing: Perform makeup and hairdressing activities according to company standards, including tattoo coverage, to ensure readiness and flawless appearance in front of the camera. - Retouching and Maintenance: Proactively and on request, retouch makeup and hairstyles; ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of work tools and workspace. - Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of materials and accessories; ensure proper storage and usage of equipment. - Training and Communication: Train employees on company standards for appearance; communicate effectively through company channels to track and report on makeup and hairstyling activities. - Employee Experience: Create a pleasant experience for employees by maintaining a friendly attitude and using appropriate language during interactions. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - 1+ years of professional hands-on experience in makeup application/hairstyling. - A diploma or professional certification in hairstyling/makeup. - Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in English. - PC literacy with the ability to manage scheduling and communication effectively. - Shift flexibility and willingness to work across various shifts in a 24/7 work environment. - Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
