Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the processing of goods in our retail division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient customer service, establishing positive relationships with clients and associates, and successfully implementing Goodwill's mission services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise the processing of products to ensure consistent product flow and maximize daily sales goals of retail stores. 2. Maintain quality control of overall merchandise flow through supervision and delegation of production staff. 3. Ensure safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of processing functions. 4. Hire, train, and supervise production/retail team members to ensure goals of retail division are met. 5. Maintain daily store inventories at approved levels to maximize sales.
