Job Title: Office Manager (Presential) The Office Manager will oversee administrative activities that facilitate the efficient functioning of our office. This includes local and regional logistics management, managing office supplies, coordinating schedules and suppliers, managing contracts, and supporting other staff members to ensure a productive and professional work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office operations, including organizing office layout, maintaining supplies, and handling correspondence. - Serve as the point of contact for office-related issues, such as repairs, IT support, and vendor relations. - Coordinate office meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring calendars are up-to-date and schedules run smoothly. - Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements. - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. - Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed to succeed. - Manage budgets for office-related expenses and monitor spending to ensure cost-effectiveness. - Oversee mail and shipping logistics. - Support executives and other team members with administrative tasks as needed. - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices concerning warehouse safety, supply chain management, and inventory control procedures. - Responsible for providing parts data analysis to the operations and customer service teams. - Responsible for cash receipts and payments, bank settlements, and related accounts of the local subsidiary. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager, Logistics Professional, Administrative Manager, or similar role. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. - Preferred fluent spoken and written English. - Good communication skills, logical communication, and sensitivity to data. - Preferably with ≥ 5 years of experience. - Relevant overseas business experience is preferred.
