Weare looking for an exceptional People Business Partner Director whoserves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providingguidance on workplace issues, fostering a positive workenvironment, and ensuring business enablement and alignment withcompany priorities. The ideal candidate has experience handlingemployee relations matters, providing consulting andcareer/performance coaching to employees and company leadership,and partnering with business units to drive engagement andperformance. You’ll play a critical role in accelerating Factored’sgrowth and helping our Engineering leaders build, develop andretain world-class teams. Factored’s People Business Partner (PBP)are deeply involved in the business, given that our overalltouchstone is that all People Team initiatives tie back to clearbusiness outcomes. Examples of work that our PBP does includeleading change management, partnering on org design and strategy,driving people initiatives to engage and retain talent. You will befunctionally embedded with the teams you support, and work withcross-functional stakeholders on their behalf, in order to helpthem achieve their business outcomes. We’re looking for the mostthoughtful, practical, and business-minded BP to join the team andraise the bar! Functional Responsibilities: - Serve as a trustedthought partner, consultant, and coach to employees and leadersacross the Engineering organization. - Be the primary point ofcontact on all people-related matters for global Engineering teammembers at all levels, ensuring timely and fair resolution. -Provide support, guidance and thought leadership on areas such asperformance management, change management, employee relations,workforce and talent planning, career development, managerdevelopment, etc. - Partner with your leaders to foster and drive ahigh performance culture and environment, driving initiatives thatimprove employee performance, engagement and retention. - Assessorganizational health and effectiveness on a regular basis andidentify opportunities to drive improvements and efficiencies. -Take ownership of improving organizational effectiveness, employeesatisfaction, and overall workforce experience by developing andimplementing targeted interventions based on a deep understandingof employee needs and business priorities. - Collaborate with thesenior leadership team to drive organizational alignment, ensuringthat business strategies are supported by effective talent,leadership, and people practices that enhance both individual andcollective performance. - Collect and analyze data to deliverinsights and drive recommendations that support the business. Qualifications: - Extensive experience (8+ years) in a seniorPeople Business Partner or similar HR leadership role, ideally in adynamic, high-growth environment; experience with working with aglobal Engineering organization is highly preferred. - Proven trackrecord of influencing and partnering with senior leadership todrive strategic people initiatives. - Excellent influencer, coach,communicator, facilitator, and listener with a balanced andthoughtful approach to building trust across all levels of theorganization. - Strong expertise in organizational design, talentmanagement, leadership development, performance management, andchange management. - Creativity and grit to skillfully problemsolve and navigate dynamic, ambiguous situations. - Exceptionalbusiness acumen with the ability to align people strategies withoverarching business objectives, and insatiable curiosity to learnhow the business and your client groups operate. - Strategicthinker with a strong ability to translate business needs intopeople initiatives and strategy. - Highly solutions oriented withdemonstrated strong judgment; can proactively guide leaders throughdifficult decision making and challenges. - Expertise in leveragingdata and analytics to drive decision-making and deliverpeople-related insights to senior leadership. - Ability to analyzedata and effectively communicate key insights, getting resourcefulwhen data might not be readily available. - A demonstrated trackrecord of bias for action, rolling up your sleeves and gettingthings done. #J-18808-Ljbffr
