What will you do? Contributes to the overall success of the Global Procurement Services (GPS) globally by ensuring initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the department’s business strategies and objectives. Manages and oversees the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with GBS Colombia, along with monthly service expenditures and invoices, resource allocations and escalations. Develops, maintains, and regularly tests the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) to ensure organizational resilience and preparedness for potential disruptions, including coordination with cross-functional teams to identify critical processes, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Leads and coordinates the group’s engagement with internal and external audit teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses to audit requests, facilitating access to required documentation, and tracking the implementation of audit recommendations. University degree in business, finance, other related field. At least 3 years of experience in program management, analytics, audit, financial services, or procurement related field. Experience with budgeting, tracking, for casting and resource allocation procedures. Knowledgeable in project management methodology and techniques. Knowledgeable in Audit/regulatory compliance and resolution processes B2 level of English because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
