Acting as a Commercial Business Partner supporting the Cloud and On Premise business by: M - anaging deals: CBP supports Sales teams with deal structuring, analyzing a customer’s license history, performing quote checks, approving quotes, and preparing contracts.S - tructuring complex deals in a compliant way: CBP reports any concerns about a deal structure to the corresponding Account Executive and often schedule alignment meetings with other internal stakeholders in order to find the optimal solution.A - ct as a First Point of contact for Sales being intermediate among the multiple areas supporting the deal cycle. Position title: Global Commercial Finance Americas Multi-Country LAC (MCLAC) Team - SAP Next Gen Location: Bogotá, Colombia Duration: Temporary up to 2 years **EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**: M - anage and coordinate deal support across multi-functional internal teams (Controlling, Rev Rec, CRC, Legal, Tax, etc.) on complex deals scenarios.D - rive approvals considering various factors such as: organization business targets and rules for doing business.S - erve as main point of contact for Commercial topics internally and externally.R - esponsible to ensure compliance with GFA governance processes.A - ct as transformation agent and partner with Sales to understand customer requirements to help, find or develop compliant solutions and facilitate a fast deal closure.P - rovide Sales enablement and training.D - rive change and innovation actively to improve existing processes.B - alance various projects to improve the day-to-day operations of your team.C - losely collaborate and interact with the Co-Leads h and Manager to allow one voice approach.M - aintain timely, positive and professional communication with your stakeholders to anticipate escalations.A - re a strategic thinker with an analytical mind.A - re able to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities. **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES**: M - ust be a recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or related fieldsV - ery good language skills in English.E - ye for detail.H - igh service, customer-oriented & solution/results-oriented.D - eliver high quality outcomes under deadline pressure and a changing environment.S - elf-starter, creative, enthusiastic, committed and determined.I - nnovative thinker, team player, with a ‘can-do’ attitude, focused on quality.
