Job Summary Provides support to the team and supervisors on solving issues on the different platforms and resources. Assures and guarantees all the team resources, looking forward to improve processes, programs, projects. Analysis of indicators and line processes in order to improve efficiency. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Operational excellence & Guidance - Combines operational (hands-on) work with analytics, indicators, business behavior, people, including analysis of the daily basis according to the requests being received, and the systems behavior guaranteeing the correct functioning for the team in the different modules. Manages daily service operations for the respective processes, responding to service demands as they arise. Acts as system coach to solve issues and strengthen technical capabilities of the teams (Learning, HR Topics & Payroll). Analysis effectiveness within the teams to maintain and improve service levels, demand management and propose resource allocation. Guides the teams to maintain quality standards within the process service team. Monitors performance against KPIs and SLAs and provides data to Head of HR Services and makes recommendations in case of problem resolution. Acts as contact person when system issues, indicators out of scope, systems not working properly or introducing new steps to follow on the impacts the indicators are receiving. Analysis workload and capacity in optimal way and recommends improvements for the processes. Functions as escalation level to Head of HR Services regarding systems, alignments, indicators and dashboards. Supports reporting requests from the different modules and countries. Teams up with team leads to ensure optimal e2e performance across entire value chain. Processes & Policy - Gives input and feedback to Head of area on improvement of processes and tools. Projects / Initiatives / Programs - Supports HR projects within the SSC. Identify past trends in the SSC in order to recommend improvements / supports in continuous improvement. Point of contact on any metrics and dashboards needed for the operation. Automatize processes from the operation or from the indicators needed for the advances and updates of the area and region. Education Bachelor's degree required. Experience & Further Qualifications Fluent English and Team Language Required. Portuguese is a plus. General business analysis in HR required. Experience in leading projects. Professional Experience 1-2 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis preferable in HR areas with systems and platforms (SF’s). 3+ years of experience utilizing service management principles. 3+ years of experience in participating in projects and developing standardized processes. General HR knowledge preferable. Leadership Experience At least 2 years of experience in getting to work with different teams locally and globally. Project Management Experience At least 3 years of experience in participating in projects and developing standardized processes. Intercultural Experience At least 3 years working in intercultural teams / projects. Employment Conditions 5% traveling in region required. Competencies Quality oriented.
