Job Description: The role involves leveraging data analysis and communications to enhance passenger experience across Spanish-speaking Latin America. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving affordability perception and safety perception among passengers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to improve affordability perception, utilizing product features and communication channels. - Coordinate with stakeholders to design, execute, and iterate initiatives that enhance safety perception. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, CX, Marketplace, BI, and DS, to strengthen the value proposition for users. Requirements: - Educational background in data science, engineering, economics, or other analytically focused fields. - At least 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business consulting, investment banking, or operations management. - Expertise in data analysis, including strong Excel skills and knowledge of SQL. - Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
