The Procurement Manager will be responsible for translating the company's strategy and country priorities into procurement strategy. This role will lead procurement operations of the country, act as a single point of contact for one procurement, and manage our new procurement contractor partner. Key Responsibilities: - Develop a strong future-fit procurement talent pipeline - Translate company strategy and country priorities into procurement strategy - Manage procurement operations of the country - Act as single point of contact for one procurement Additional responsibilities include: - Leading 5S Savings plan and ensuring company gross margin agenda is delivered - Driving growth through superior service with material resilience and innovation delivery - Implementing global/regional procurement strategy and best practices on ground - Maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers and service providers This role requires a leader who can shape and disrupt in the market, building for the future while delivering today.
