We are looking for a seasoned executive to join us as VP Delivery in the Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically oversees the operations of 700+ people with a focus on scaling the business. The primary responsibility is shaping the delivery strategy for the respective areas and contributing to the company's overall strategy. The role aligns with top-level company goals and the growth of the Delivery Segment. The position involves working closely with the Leadership Team to develop delivery strategies, supervising a large engineering organization, managing performance and finances, contributing to sales and presales activities, and supporting account growth. The VP Delivery will report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer. Responsibilities: Lead Delivery Organization: Manage a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients. Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality. Explore and adopt new technologies to foster innovation. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Be a trusted partner for key clients and support business development: Engage with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships for ongoing success. Participate in top-priority pre-sales activities, guiding the team to ensure sales success. Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop segment strategies. Stay at the forefront of technological innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for application in solutions and services. Develop and execute an innovation strategy aligned with business goals. Keep abreast of latest trends in software engineering. Requirements: 10+ years in Software Engineering and Outsourcing, with experience in a large software outsourcing company (3000+ employees). Experience managing an engineering organization of 700+ people with proven results. Strong skills in program and portfolio management, Agile methodologies. Deep expertise in modern software engineering technologies and practices; experience as a solution architect is a plus. Understanding of Digital business and its IT landscape. Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and managerial skills. Proven strategic planning and execution capabilities. Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude. Comprehensive knowledge of large IT outsourcing organizational structures and governance. Experience in business development, sales, and presales management. Financial management skills, including P&L responsibility. Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related; MBA or similar is advantageous.
