Job Summary As a Consultant, Endpoint Management , you will play a critical role in delivering high-impact endpoint management solutions to enterprise and public sector clients. Working within our Professional Services team, you’ll lead service delivery functions involving the setup, configuration, and administration of Microsoft and Apple devices — both desktop and mobile. Your work will ensure a seamless and secure user experience while embodying our customer-centric values. ** You must be located in Colombia and speak fluent English (B2+/C1) ** What you'll do: Support and execute endpoint management projects, including upgrades, installations, configurations, migrations, security enhancements, and user training. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot environments using tools like Microsoft Intune , SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) , and Apple Device Management solutions. Collaborate closely with internal teams, end-users, and vendor partners (e.g., Microsoft, Apple) to deliver solutions aligned with SLAs and customer needs. Provide technical guidance to team technicians, helping to grow their skills and knowledge. Stay current on the latest endpoint management trends and technologies through ongoing training and certifications. Work cross-functionally with architects, engineers, and project managers to support the development and execution of detailed Statements of Work. Continuously enhance your delivery, adoption, and problem-solving skills while representing our company in a customer-facing role. Requirements: A degree or diploma in Computer Science , Information Technology , or equivalent industry experience. At least 5 years of experience in a technical professional services role or in a related technical capacity. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address root causes effectively. Proactive mindset with a customer-first approach and the ability to build trusted relationships. Hands-on experience with the following tools and technologies: Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), Microsoft Intune, Windows 11 upgrades, Apple macOS/iOS device management, Azure and Active Directory Fundamentals . Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a dynamic and evolving team environment.
