We are looking for an electronics technician or a student of maximum 5 semesters with specific knowledge in Computer and Printing Systems with 2 years of experience in the maintenance and adaptation of computer and printing equipment - on-site support at external customer service points. MANDATORY TO LIVE IN THE COFFEE AXIS Functions: 1. Attend and solve technical problems presented by the equipment through the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. 2. Address corporate requirements through different communication channels, such as telephone and/or email, of all members of the organization and its clients. 3. Prepare reports corresponding to the activities carried out. Safeguard the organization's assets such as equipment, tools, supplies, spare parts, technical manuals, digital or printed information, money, etc. 4. Comply with the dates and times scheduled for the execution of services. 5. Make the respective expense ratios associated with the execution of activities. Education level: technical support technician. Salary: Basic salary $1,400,000 plus cellular assistance + mobility assistance + availability guards plus average legal benefits Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
