**Job Summary** **Key Responsibilities** - Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. - Utilize project management software such as **JobTread** to schedule and track progress. - Conduct regular remote site reviews and occasional in-person visits to monitor execution and compliance. - Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide successful project implementation. - Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and prompt conflict resolution. - Implement effective time management strategies to optimize operations and site productivity. - Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, permits, changes, and communications throughout the lifecycle. **Qualifications** - Proven experience in construction management or a related field - Proficiency with project management tools, especially **JobTread**: - Strong understanding of blueprint reading and field operations - Excellent time management and prioritization skills - Effective communication abilities for working with diverse internal and external teams - Ability to work well under pressure without losing attention to detail - Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus, but not mandatory - Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred - Must reside in Florida and be available for occasional site visits **What We Offer** - Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses - Remote work flexibility with access to all necessary company systems - Company-provided phone and tablet - Opportunity to work in a collaborative, tech-forward environment - Career growth within a rapidly expanding construction company
