Aufgaben We are seeking a highly capable individual to help exceptional candidates find suitable jobs. The role involves: Communication with top talent via email, phone, and video calls Understanding talent requirements and matching them with suitable jobs within our network Pitching candidates to companies and maintaining communication with them Our focus is on software engineers and GTM talent in the US. You will be part of our early-stage team, working directly with the founders to help build our AI start-up. Initially, this position requires working in-office in El Poblado; later, remote work will be possible.
