We are seeking a seasoned executive for the position of VP Delivery in the Digital business segment (Head of Delivery Segment). This role strategically oversees operations of 700+ personnel, focusing on scaling the business. The primary responsibility is to shape the delivery strategy for the area of responsibility and contribute to the overall company strategy. The objectives align with top-level company goals and the growth of the Delivery Segment. The role involves working closely with the Leadership Team to develop delivery strategies, supervise a large engineering organization, manage performance and finances, contribute to sales and presales activities, and support account growth. The VP will report directly to the Chief Delivery Officer. Responsibilities: 1. Lead Delivery Organization: - Manage a team of directors to deliver high-quality services to clients. - Develop and implement best practices to improve efficiency and quality. - Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new technologies and tools. - Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within teams. - Build Client Trust and Support Business Development: - Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored solutions. - Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure successful project delivery. - Participate in top-priority pre-sales activities, guiding and supporting the team. - Work closely with sales and marketing to develop and execute segment strategies. - Drive Technology Innovation: - Identify and evaluate emerging technologies applicable to our solutions. - Develop and execute an innovation strategy aligned with business goals. - Stay updated with industry trends to keep the team at the forefront of technology. Requirements: 1. 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing within a well-established company (over 3000 employees). 2. Proven experience managing an engineering organization of over 700 people. 3. Strong skills in program and portfolio management, with Agile experience. 4. Deep expertise in modern software engineering practices; experience as a solution architect is a plus. 5. In-depth understanding of Digital business and IT landscape. 6. Visionary leadership with entrepreneurial and management skills. 7. Strategic planning and execution capabilities. 8. Proactive, assertive, and goal-oriented attitude. 9. Comprehensive understanding of large IT outsourcing organizational structures and governance. 10. Experience in business development, sales, and presales management. 11. Financial management skills, including P&L; responsibility. 12. Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related; an MBA or similar is advantageous. 13.
