Job Title: Change Management Consultant This is a key role in our Professional Services Teams, working closely with Coupa Customers, Partners and internal Product Management to implement valuable solutions for customers. - We are seeking an expert in change management processes to support the design, implementation and deployment of our products, deliver best practice solutions and ensure customer success. - The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading organizational transformation initiatives, developing and executing change management strategies, and conducting impact and stakeholder analyses using methodologies like Prosci. - A strong consulting background with 7+ years in systems applications consulting (internal IT or external firms) is required, along with domain and platform knowledge of Procure-to-Pay processes, SaaS platforms and financial/accounting systems. About the Job As a Change Management Consultant, you will work within our top Subject Matter Expert (SME) group and gain exposure to all Coupa modules in Procure-to-Invoice, Travel & Expense, Supplier Management, and Source to Contracts domains. You will be responsible for delivering product expertise and training, facilitating discussions on change readiness and business needs, and collaborating across teams to align on goals and ensure seamless delivery and adoption. - Lead Change Management Efforts: Drive the development and execution of change management strategies throughout all phases of implementation, ensuring customer success and on-time delivery. - Engage Stakeholders & Guide Best Practices: Facilitate discussions on change readiness and business needs, leveraging leading practices to support organizational transformation. - Deliver Product Expertise & Training: Provide in-depth knowledge of the change management best practicies, Coupa platform, training sessions, and tailor the change management tools and materials to each customer's needs. - Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with customers, Coupa services teams, and implementation partners to align on goals and ensure seamless delivery and adoption. What You Will Bring to This Role To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate: - Extensive Change Management Expertise: Proven experience leading organizational transformation initiatives, developing and executing change management strategies, and conducting impact and stakeholder analyses using methodologies like Prosci. - Strong Consulting Background: 7+ years in systems applications consulting (internal IT or external firms), with a demonstrated ability to manage clients, execute implementation plans, and drive successful go-lives. - Domain & Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes, SaaS platforms, and financial/accounting systems; experience with tools such as Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, and Oracle is highly valued. - Excellent Communication & Client Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver tailored software demonstrations in dynamic, high-paced environments. - Proven Professional Growth: Bachelor's degree required; candidates must show a track record of career progression and increasing responsibilities in previous roles.
