Job Overview We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our analytics, compliance, and systems strategy. Main Responsibilities: - HR Data Insights: - Develop and optimize HR reports and dashboards to provide actionable workforce intelligence. - Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process enhancements or risk mitigation. - Collaborate with HR leaders to define and track key performance indicators supporting strategic objectives. - Compliance and Auditing: - E nsure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Implement and oversee data governance to maintain the accuracy, integrity, and privacy of HR data in all systems. - HR System Development: - Collaborate with teams to ensure systems support both strategic goals and day-to-day operations across the HR function. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, specifically with HRIS, people analytics, HR compliance, and data governance. - Strong proficiency with standard HR systems including HRIS (BambooHR or similar), Payroll, Learning Management, and Performance Management systems. - Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills to streamline workflows, establish new processes, and implement innovative solutions.
