Job Description: The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) professional who can serve as a key influencer in our operations. Main Responsibilities: - EHS Leadership: Provide leadership and allocate resources necessary to implement and achieve Colgate-Palmolive's EHS Policy, Standards, Principles, and Goals. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable local, regional, and national laws and regulations, as well as adherence to Company Standards. Identify and mitigate future risks and liabilities while responding to evolving regulatory requirements. - EHS Master Plan: Lead and manage the EHS Master Plan, which includes reviewing and following up on operations to ensure alignment with EHS standards and government regulations. - Training and Audits: Actively participate in training, audits, and compliance initiatives related to corporate standards. - Sustainability Strategy: Manage and develop the sustainability strategy, oversee water and waste reduction programs, and advise on, track, and investigate accident and incident reports. - KPIs and Reporting: Organize and participate in monthly EHS meetings, monitor EHS KPIs, and report on progress. - Hygienic Measurements: Conduct and review EHS self-assessments, facilitate external audits, lead EHS campaigns and periodic safety communications, and perform hygienic measurements of physical risks. - Engineering Projects: Assist with engineering projects related to EHS and ensure constant alignment with the EHS Technicians Strategy. Requirements: - Education: A degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry or related fields. - Language Skills: Intermediate or Advanced level of English. - Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as EHS. - Certification: Certification in an occupational health and safety management system.
